Indulgent Caramel Apple Cheesecake recipe made with Crown Royal Apple infused caramel sauce, thinly sliced sautéed apples, and rich caramel cheesecake.

The Crust
- 12 Graham Crackers
- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Apple Topping
- 3 Apples (Granny Smith, Gala, Ambrosia)- Use half of each apple and save remaining for caramel topping.
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Crown Apple
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
The Cheesecake
- 4 (8oz) Cream Cheese Blocks
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 4 Tbsp Crown Apple
- 3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 3 Eggs
The Crumble Topping
- 1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- Pinch of Salt
Caramel Apple Topping
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Crown Apple
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Remaining Apples thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Vanille
Instructions
The Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°
- Line an 9″ springform with parchment paper and grease the pan with cooking spray.
- Using a food processor (or mixing bowl) mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
- Press into bottom of prepared pan and up the sides.
- Bake for for 5 minutes and then rest to the side.
Apple Topping
- Thinly slice half of each apple.
- Combine with brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and crown apple
- Set to the side
The Cheesecake
- Combine the cream cheese, caramel, crown apple, and sugar together until completely smooth.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
- Add the flour, salt, and cinnamon and beat till smooth
- Add eggs, one at a time, then mix together till just combined.
- Pour mixture over crust.
- Add apple topping to the top
The Crumble Topping
- In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, butter, and salt.
- Use hands to crumble the mixture together
- Add to the the top of the cheesecake
Bake
- Bake the cheesecake for 1.5 hours at 325 degrees.
- Once the time is up, turn off the oven crack the oven door and allow the cheesecake to cool for 1-2 hours.
- Place in fridge overnight to set.
Caramel Apple Topping
- Combine the caramel, butter, and crown apple in a medium sauce pan.
- Add the brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the remain apples, thinly sliced.
- Sautéed to desired consistency
- Cool and then top cheesecake
Notes
Other items that are recommended: 9 inch springform pan, standing mixer, parchment paper, and food processor.
